Holy Cow Cake

My kids love Holy Cow Cake. I made this today to celebrate my youngest's birthday. Happy Birthday Ty. You make me happy and I always want more of your smile and your laugh and your company.

This is such an easy cake to make. Have fun with it.

Holy Cow Cake

1 chocolate cake mix

1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

1 cup caramel ice cream topping

1 8 oz. cream cheese

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 8 oz. Whipped Topping

4 regular size Butterfinger candy bars cut into small pieces

Mix and bake the cake as directed in a 9x13 pan. When you remove it from the oven, poke holes in it with a meat fork. Make the holes close together. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top and spread to the edges. Pour the caramel sauce over that and spread. Sprinkle half of the candy bar pieces onto the top and let cool.

Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with a mixer until smooth. Add the whipped topping and mix. Spread over the cooled cake and sprinkle with the remaining candy bar pieces. Chill. Enjoy! Keep the cake in your refrigerator.
